So what about Faisal Town Phase 2? Here is the truth.
Is Faisal Town Phase 2 NOC Approved?
No. Not yet.
RDA Rawalpindi Development Authority is the government body that handles this. They have received all the documents from the developer. The layout plan is submitted. The process is running. But as of 2026, RDA has not yet issued the NOC.
You can check this yourself. Go to rda.gov.pk. Open the approved societies list. Faisal Town Phase 2 is not there.
The developer says NOC is almost ready. And looking at their past work, it is possible:
- Faisal Town Phase 1 – NOC Approved
- Faisal Hills, Islamabad – NOC Approved
- Multi Gardens B-17 – NOC Approved
- Faisal Margalla City – NOC Approved
Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has done this more than 10 times. Every project got NOC. So the confidence makes sense.
But “almost ready” is not the same as “approved.” Right now, Phase 2 does not have NOC.

All sectors are under one NOC application. When RDA approves it, all sectors get cleared together.
Why NOC Matters
NOC is not just a paper. It does three things:
- Utilities (gas, electricity, and water) from official companies are only available after NOC. Before NOC, the developer arranges it themselves.
- Ownership: NOC means the land is legally clear. No hidden court cases. No title problems later.
- Your Plot is Safe: RDA approves the layout. Your plot boundaries are legally recorded. No one can take it from you.
Phase 1 got NOC in 2014. Today, people live there. Gas is connected. Roads are done. Schools are nearby. That is what NOC gives you onthe ground.
How to Check Faisal Town Phase 2 NOC Yourself
- Open rda.gov.pk and check the approved societies list
- Visit the RDA office and ask about the Faisal Town Phase 2 layout plan status
- Go to the Faisal Town head office and ask for the NOC application number
- Check your plot file it should have a valid reference number
Do not trust anyone’s word. Check it yourself.

Phase 1 is done and safe. If you want to move in or invest without any risk, go with Phase 1.
The Phase 2 price is low right now because NOC is pending. When NOC comes, the price goes up. That is how it works. The risk is there, but the developer has a clean history.
Ground Reality
- NOC is pending, but work is not stopped:
- 80% of the land is leveled
- The 350-foot main road is open and ready
- Roads are being made in Sector O and Sector N
- Underground sewage work is going on in Sector O
- Electricity work in progress
- Plot numbers are being given at booking in Sector O

Final Verdict
Faisal Town Phase 2 is a real project with a developer who has always delivered. But the NOC is still pending in 2026, and that is the one thing that matters most.
Buying to live? Wait for the NOC first.Buying to invest? Sector O is the best entry right now. 80% developed, pre-NOC prices, and possession coming in 6 to 18 months. When RDA approves, these prices will move up.
